目的　分析不同孕周正常胎兒靜脈導管的頻譜特征及血流頻譜參數，得到不同孕周胎兒各頻譜參數的正常參考值范圍。方法　2011年6月－9月檢測記錄不同孕周胎兒的靜脈導管波形及各頻譜參數，統計各頻譜參數的正常參考值范圍，并評估與其孕周的相關性。結果　胎兒靜脈導管的頻譜速度參數與孕周呈正相關，阻力參數與孕周呈負相關，均以11～20周變化趨勢較明顯，其中3.59%的胎兒靜脈導管頻譜出現異常。結論　正常胎兒的靜脈導管血流參數與孕周有較好的相關性，靜脈導管頻譜在孕16周前可出現生理性的異常。
