目的  建立榮保靈芝1號子實體及其孢子粉中靈芝酸A的含量測定方法。 方法  采用高效液相色譜法,UltimateTM XB-C18色譜柱,柱溫:25℃,流速:0.800 mL/min,檢測波長:254 nm,流動相為乙腈(B)-0.1%冰乙酸水溶液(A),梯度洗脫。 結果  靈芝酸A的線性范圍是0.010~1.200 mg/mL(r=0.9998),平均回收率為100.55%,相對標準偏差為1.70%(n=6),子實體中靈芝酸A的含量范圍在2.221 7~3.531 1 mg/g,孢子粉中靈芝酸A的含量范圍在0.167 2~0.742 9 mg/g。 結論  該方法簡便,專屬性和重復性好,對連續3年采集的榮保靈芝1號子實體和孢子粉中的靈芝酸A進行測定,其含量都隨年份的增加而增加。
