目的　建立榮保靈芝1號子實體及其孢子粉中靈芝酸A的含量測定方法。方法　采用高效液相色譜法，UltimateTM XB-C18色譜柱，柱溫：25℃，流速：0.800 mL/min，檢測波長：254 nm，流動相為乙腈(B)-0.1%冰乙酸水溶液(A)，梯度洗脫。結果　靈芝酸A的線性范圍是0.010～1.200 mg/mL（r=0.9998），平均回收率為100.55%，相對標準偏差為1.70%（n=6），子實體中靈芝酸A的含量范圍在2.221 7～3.531 1 mg/g，孢子粉中靈芝酸A的含量范圍在0.167 2～0.742 9 mg/g。結論　該方法簡便，專屬性和重復性好，對連續3年采集的榮保靈芝1號子實體和孢子粉中的靈芝酸A進行測定，其含量都隨年份的增加而增加。
