目的　探討惡性黑色素瘤手術結合大劑量重組干擾素α-2a治療的護理措施,總結最佳護理方法。方法　回顧性總結2001年1月－2011年12月138例惡性黑色素瘤手術結合大劑量重組干擾素α-2a治療的護理措施，包括心理護理以及營養支持，傷口的觀察、疼痛護理、并發癥的觀察與處理方法。結果　經過密切觀察及精心護理，136例患者傷口順利愈合。結論　術前進行心理疏導，術后密切的傷口觀察，對重組干擾素α-2a使用不良反應的觀察和護理等能加快患者的康復。
