目的　探討縫合治療在膝關節內側半月板桶柄狀撕裂中的應用及效果。方法　對2010年6月－2012年7月18例膝關節內側半月板桶柄狀撕裂患者，采用多種縫合材料、縫合方式相結合的方法予以救治。結果　18例患者術后即時MRI均顯示內側半月板位置、形態恢復良好。隨訪12～26個月，所有患者膝關節活動度均正常，Lysholm評分術前（45.0 ± 3.5）分，術后末次隨訪（93.0 ± 5.1）分，差異有統計學意義（t=2.064，P＜0.05）；國際膝關節文獻委員會膝關節評估表評分，術前（49.0 ± 1.5）分，術后（92.0 ± 3.6）分，差異有統計學意義（t=2.205，
P＜0.05）；無膝關節疼痛，麥氏試驗陰性，術后MRI顯示內側半月板愈合良好。結論　采用縫合方法可挽救內側半月板桶柄狀撕裂，恢復半月板穩定性及正常功能。
