目的　比較磁共振胰膽管成像（MRCP）三維質子加權快速自旋回波（SPACE）序列和半傅立葉采集單次激發快速自旋回波（HASTE）序列對膽囊管的顯示情況，優選最佳的磁共振檢查序列。方法　 2012年5月-2013年3月265例連續性患者同時采用SPACE序列和HASTE序列行MRCP檢查，比較兩種序列對膽囊管顯示的圖像質量和顯示率，并進行統計學分析。結果　 SPACE序列對膽囊管顯示的圖像質量評分及顯示率均優于HASTE序列（P＜0.05）。結論　SPACE序列是目前顯示膽囊管較為理想的MRCP成像方法。
