目的探討經皮氣管切開術在神經重癥醫學科（ICU）危重癥患者中的應用效果。方法對2011年6月－2012年6月192例行經皮氣管切開術患者術中及術后并發癥的臨床資料進行回顧性分析。結果 192例手術平均時間（6.4±2.1）min，平均出血量＜2 mL，無大出血、氣管食管瘺、氣道狹窄等嚴重并發癥發生。結論經皮氣管切開術操作簡單，創傷小，并發癥發生率低，值得在神經ICU危重癥患者中推廣應用。
