目的探討內鏡黏膜下剝離術（ESD）的治療與護理配合方法，以降低術中及術后并發癥的發生率。方法對2012年1月－8月收治的32例胃腸道病變患者行ESD治療及護理方法進行回顧性分析。結果 32例患者均安全、成功完成手術。術中出現創面少量出血4例，予電凝、氬氣刀或止血夾成功止血；術后24 h內出現出血1例，予急診內鏡下止血夾成功止血。無穿孔發生。平均隨訪3～6個月，均未出現復發或食管狹窄等其他遠期并發癥。結論在ESD術中正確運用護理程序，做好術前準備、術中配合、術后觀察及并發癥的護理是順利進行手術，減少其并發癥，促進患者早日康復的重要保證。
