目的觀察Alexandrite（Alex）激光治療雀斑的近、遠期療效。方法對1998年10月－2006年5月經Alex激光治療的172例雀斑患者的近期（術后半年）效果及31例遠期（治愈后滿5年的患者）效果進行統計分析。結果近期療效：術后3～6個月復查，172例雀斑患者經1次治療治愈165例，占95.9%，2次治愈3例（1.7%），1次治療有效但中斷治療4例，總有效率100.0%。遠期療效：經Alex激光治愈后滿5年的患者。符合條件的隨訪者87例，回收信息31條。復發18例，復發率58.1%（18/31）。結論 Alex激光治療雀斑近期療效良好，遠期復發率較高。
