Lenke 1型青少年脊柱側凸是脊柱側凸最常見的類型。隨著三維矯形的進步，特別是椎弓根螺釘的廣泛應用，Lenke 1型青少年特發性脊柱側凸選擇性融合的適應標準和末端融合椎的選擇策略有了更新的認識，但目前尚無標準化的治療方案。現就以上內容作一綜述。
