目的探討系統性紅斑狼瘡（SLE）引發腸穿孔的臨床特點。方法對2011年1月－2013年1月外科重癥監護室收治的3例SLE引發腸穿孔病例，結合相關文獻分析該類疾病的臨床表現和治療方法。結果患者經積極治療，病情逐漸穩定，均康復出院。結論 SLE合并腸穿孔臨床上較少見，迷惑性強，容易誤診誤治，未及時發現穿孔可引起嚴重后果。
