目的研究康復團隊治療老年髖部骨折患者的有效性。方法將2008年9月－2010年8月入住且行手術治療的194例老年髖部骨折患者隨機分為團隊康復組92例和傳統康復組102例，分別采用由康復治療師、骨科醫師、內科醫師及護士共同完成的團隊康復治療和僅由康復治療師完成的傳統康復治療。比較兩組患者術后功能、并發癥發生率、病死率、住院時間、再次住院率。結果團隊康復組和傳統康復組患者住院時間分別為（28.7±4.1）、（34.7±5.8）d，出院時Harris評分分別為（83.5±9.4）、（78.2±12.1）分，出院后3個月評分分別為（87.5±7.4）、（80.2±10.4）分，差異均有統計學意義（P＜0.05）。兩組住院期間病死率及并發癥發生率差異無統計學意義（P＞0.05）。結論康復團隊治療老年髖部骨折，可提高術后功能、縮短住院時間。
