目的通過醫院對埃博拉出血熱的應急管理、針對埃博拉出血熱的教育培訓和考核，提高醫務人員對埃博拉出血熱的應對能力。方法于2014年10月8日制定應急預案，開展教育培訓并進行考核。結果通過應急管理醫院提高了埃博拉出血熱防控能力，通過教育培訓及考核提高了醫務人員在個人防護用品使用方面的能力。結論應對埃博拉出血熱這類突發傳染病，應通過應急管理和教育培訓保證救治工作的開展。
