目的探討腹腔鏡胰十二指腸切除術后胰瘺的觀察要點及護理措施。方法回顧性分析2010年10月－2013年5月24例腹腔鏡胰十二指腸切除術患者中5例胰瘺患者的臨床治療及護理措施。結果通過綜合治療和護理，5例胰瘺患者中4例痊愈出院，1例因多器官功能障礙綜合征死亡。結論胰瘺是胰十二指腸切除術后常見的并發癥，早期發現胰瘺，給予正確的治療和精心的護理，對提高患者預后和生活質量具有重要意義。
