肱骨遠端冠狀面剪切骨折較少見，多累及肱骨小頭和滑車，且常伴有肘關節骨和軟組織韌帶損傷，其診斷和治療目前尚存在諸多爭議。現根據國內外文獻，就肱骨遠端冠狀面剪切骨折的發病機制、分型、診斷、治療進展、術后管理及并發癥作一綜述。
