目的探討醫護一體化翻轉式教學模式在規范化培訓護士教學中的應用效果。方法對 2012 年 7 月—2014 年 8 月在四川大學華西醫院胃腸外科培訓的規范化培訓護士實施醫護一體化翻轉式教學模式進行培訓，比較醫護一體化翻轉式教學模式與傳統教學模式對其學習成效及教學滿意度的差異。結果在醫護一體化翻轉式教學模式和傳統教學模式下規范化培訓護士的專業知識成績分別為（90.18±4.92）、（85.64±5.41）分，專科操作技能成績分別為（92.30±3.54）、（88.93±5.61）分，教學滿意度方面很滿意的人數分別為 18 人（18/20）、9 人（9/22）。醫護一體化翻轉式教學模式下規范化培訓護士的專業知識成績、專科操作技能成績及教學滿意度均較傳統教學模式高，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論醫護一體化翻轉式教學模式能夠提高規范化培訓護士的學習成效及教學滿意度，值得推廣。
