目的探討防控CT下經皮肺穿刺術后發生氣胸的集束干預策略。方法選擇2013年11月－2014年6月入住呼吸科行防控CT下經皮肺穿刺檢查患者136例，隨機分為試驗組、對照組各68例，對照組實施常規圍手術期護理，試驗組實施集束干預措施。比較兩組穿刺一次性成功率、氣胸發生率及護士工作依從性。結果試驗組一次性穿刺成功68例，對照組一次性穿刺成功64例，差異無統計學意義（χ²=2.318，P=0.128）；試驗組發生氣胸6例，對照組發生氣胸18例，差異有統計學意義（χ²=7.286，P=0.007）。試驗組護理效果優于對照組，試驗組護士工作依從性優于對照組。結論集束化干預可提高呼吸科護士專項護理的依從性，保證護理措施實施到位，有效控制經皮肺穿刺術后氣胸發生率。
