哺乳動物雷帕霉素靶蛋白（mTOR）廣泛存在于細胞中，可感受來自于細胞內外的信號，調節細胞增殖、生長、細胞凋亡、血管生成及調控細胞周期。mTOR信號傳導通路的活化與多種腫瘤相關，多項對血液系統惡性疾病的研究表明，其與白血病、淋巴瘤的發病密切相關。現對mTOR信號通路的組成及其作用機制進行闡述，并著重對mTOR信號通路抑制劑與多種淋巴瘤的治療研究進行綜述。
