目的評價Bates-Jensen傷口評估與效果評價量表（BWAT）在治療慢性傷口中的應用效果。方法選擇2015年3月-6月符合納入標準的20例慢性傷口患者為治療組，傷口治療過程中每周或傷口發生變化時，使用BWAT對傷口進行評估，根據評估結果改進下一步的治療方案。另選擇2014年9月-12月符合納入標準的20例慢性傷口患者為對照組，采用常規傷口評估和治療方法。對兩組患者慢性傷口的治愈時間進行比較分析。結果治療組患者慢性傷口的平均治愈時間分別為（21.20±6.15）、（25.50±6.95）d，差異具有統計學意義（P＜0.05）。結論 BWAT有效地評估慢性傷口的情況及其惡化的潛在危險因素，為實施有效的干預提供依據，進而提高慢性傷口的治療效果。
