目的總結臨床推理模式在夾層動脈瘤患者CT增強掃描檢查中的應用體會。方法回顧性分析2013年9月－12月臨床推理在56例夾層動脈瘤患者行CT增強掃描檢查中的應用。結果 56例夾層動脈瘤患者均順利完成CT增強掃描檢查，在檢查期間未發生對比劑過敏或外滲等不良事件，圖像質量評級為優，圖像清楚地顯示夾層動脈瘤的位置、大小、破口、真腔、假腔、受累血管。結論在臨床推理的不同階段，根據患者情況，護士正確評估患者，實施正確的護理措施，以保證夾層動脈瘤患者順利完成CT增強掃描檢查，獲得準確的檢查結果，減少患者醫源性損傷。
