該文通過查閱國內外有關產前抑郁的文獻資料，描述產前抑郁患病率的現狀，并從近期和遠期兩個方面闡述了產前抑郁對母兒的危害，包括延長產程、增加產后出血的風險、影響胎兒發育、子代遠期甚至可能出現情緒問題和行為問題等，并從社會、心理、生物等方面分析發生產前抑郁的危險因素，從而得出產前抑郁患病現況不容忽視，提示我們今后母嬰保健應做好產前抑郁的篩查，及早發現產前抑郁的發生傾向和危險因素，以便及早進行干預，保障孕產婦及其子代的身心健康。
