特發性震顫（essential tremor，ET）是臨床最為常見的神經系統疾病之一，以姿勢性或動作性震顫為主要臨床表現。磁共振功能成像（functional magnetic resonance imaging，fMRI）是 20 世紀 90 年代以來在傳統的 MRI 技術的基礎上迅速發展起來的一種新的成像技術。該文就 fMRI 在 ET 中的應用原理、病理生理機制、鑒別診斷以及發展前景等方面進行了綜述。
