目的探討硫糖鋁混懸凝膠混合血凝酶用于防治內鏡下息肉切除術后出血的臨床效果。方法納入 2014 年 4 月—2015 年 3 月在消化內鏡中心行內鏡檢查發現直結腸息肉，并行內鏡下腸道息肉黏膜切除術患者 112 例，隨機分成藥物組和血管夾組，每組各 56 例，分別予以術后創面噴灑硫糖鋁混懸凝膠混合血凝酶及血管夾止血處理，觀察兩種方法操作時間、止血成功率、術后再出血的發生率及創面愈合情況。結果藥物組和血管夾組分別有 15 例和 13 例出現術中即時出血，兩組差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。兩組術中觀察均成功止血，未追加其他止血方法。藥物組和血管夾組平均操作時間分別為（58±16）、（192±94） s，兩組差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。術后觀察，藥物組無再出血，血管夾組 1 例再出血，兩組差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。兩組患者術后 1 個月復查創面均愈合良好。結論硫糖鋁混懸凝膠混合血凝酶用于防治內鏡下息肉切除術后出血是一種簡單、經濟、有效的止血方法。
