目的評價含氯己定醇的速干手消毒液對臨床常見的多重耐藥菌（multidrug-resistant organism，MDRO）的殺滅效果。方法選用 2015 年 1 月—12 月臨床分離到的耐碳青霉烯鮑曼不動桿菌、耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌和耐萬古霉素腸球菌各 30 株，耐碳青霉烯大腸埃希菌和耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯菌各 15 株，采用懸液定量殺菌試驗，查看該消毒液分別作用目標菌懸液 15、30、60 s 后的殺滅效果。結果試驗的各類 MDRO 平均回收菌落均在（1～5）×10⁸ cfu/mL，用試驗消毒液作用 15、30、60 s 后，殺滅對數值均≥5。結論含氯己定醇的速干手消毒液作用 15 s 能有效殺滅臨床常見的 MDRO，滿足臨床實際操作的需求。
