The Digestive Disease Center of Deyang People’s Hospital has pioneered a high-quality development path centered on interdisciplinary integration and professional specialization through reform and innovation. This article elaborates on the aforementioned practice model based on interdisciplinary integration and professional specialization, systematically analyzing the construction logic and practical approaches. It summarizes experiences in organizational structure, operational mechanisms, quality control, talent cultivation, and informatization construction, aiming to break down traditional disciplinary barriers, optimize resource allocation, enhance service quality, and provide practical references for the discipline development and management innovation of similar hospitals.
