目的報告1例銀屑病并發臀部巨大黏液腺癌治療方法及效果。方法 2014年2月收治1例64歲銀屑病并發臀部巨大黏液腺癌男性患者。入院檢查見左側臀部腫物，大小約15 cm×10 cm，呈菜花樣生長，伴大量膠凍樣滲出。盆腔MRI提示左臀部皮膚區見不規則團狀異常信號影，病變累及盆底雙側肛提肌及直腸后壁。分期行乙狀結腸雙腔造瘺術、腫瘤切除及會陰直腸肛管切除術、近端直腸閉合術以及游離植皮修復術。結果術后患者獲隨訪3個月，其狀態良好，植皮成活，創面愈合良好。結論對于銀屑病并發肛周黏液腺癌，可選擇腹會陰聯合擴大切除術，并采用全厚皮片植皮修復腫瘤切除后的創面，可獲得較好療效。
