目的總結前外側入路排釘技術治療單純后外側脛骨平臺骨折的療效。方法 2010 年 9 月—2014 年 6 月，采用前外側入路排釘技術治療單純后外側脛骨平臺骨折 17 例。其中男 11 例，女 6 例；年齡 45～65 歲，平均 51.2 歲。致傷原因：摔傷 5 例，高處墜落傷 3 例，交通事故傷 9 例。傷后至入院時間 1～4 h，平均 2.3 h。結果術后患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合，無相關并發癥發生。17 例均獲隨訪，隨訪時間 18～24 個月，平均 20.7 個月。術后 CT 及 X 線片復查示骨折均復位，其中 2 例遺留<2 mm 的關節面塌陷，余 15 例均達解剖復位；骨折均愈合，愈合時間 12～16 周，平均 13.6 周。隨訪期間無骨不連、鋼板松動斷裂、骨折復位丟失、膝關節外翻畸形及創傷性關節炎等并發癥發生。末次隨訪時，采用 Rasmussen 評分評價膝關節功能，獲優 12 例，良 3 例，中 1 例，差 1 例，優良率 88.2%；膝關節最大屈曲度為 105～130°，平均 115.5°。結論前外側入路排釘技術治療單純后外側脛骨平臺骨折具有創傷小、固定牢固的特點，療效滿意。
