目的總結解剖鎖定板聯合聚酯縫線固定治療 NeerⅡB 型鎖骨遠端骨折的臨床療效。方法 2013 年 8 月—2015 年 12 月，采用解剖鎖定板聯合聚酯縫線固定治療 12 例 Neer ⅡB 型鎖骨遠端骨折患者。男 4 例，女 8 例；年齡 21～62 歲，平均 42.4 歲。致傷原因：交通事故傷 8 例，摔傷 3 例，高處墜落傷 1 例。受傷至手術時間 2～10 d，平均 4.5 d。X 線片測量患側喙鎖間距（coracoclavicular distance，CCD）為（12.4±3.5）mm。結果術后患者切口均 Ⅰ 期愈合，無手術相關并發癥發生。12 例患者均獲隨訪，隨訪時間 10～27 個月，平均 19.6 個月。X 線片復查示骨折均愈合，愈合時間 3～6 個月，平均 3.7 個月。術后 2 d 及末次隨訪時 CCD 分別為（8.9±1.3）、（9.3±1.3）mm，與術前比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）；術后 2 d 及末次隨訪時比較，差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。末次隨訪，患肩關節功能 Constant-Murley 評分為（94.8±6.9）分；優 9 例，良 2 例，可 1 例，優良率 91.7%。結論解剖鎖定板聯合聚酯縫線固定治療 Neer ⅡB 型鎖骨遠端骨折療效滿意、并發癥少，且手術操作相對簡便、安全。
