目的總結股淺動脈低位穿支皮瓣修復四肢皮膚軟組織缺損的療效。方法 2017 年 9 月—2019 年 2 月，采用股淺動脈低位穿支皮瓣修復 10 例四肢皮膚軟組織缺損。男 7 例，女 3 例；年齡 26～57 歲，平均 35 歲。惡性纖維組織細胞瘤切除術后 1 例，交通事故傷 9 例。軟組織缺損部位：上肢 4 例，足踝部 3 例，膝關節周圍 3 例。軟組織缺損范圍為 5 cm×5 cm～16 cm×6 cm。帶蒂移位修復 3 例、游離移植修復 7 例；皮瓣切取范圍為 7 cm×5 cm～18 cm×7 cm。供區直接拉攏縫合。結果術后皮瓣均順利成活，供受區創面均Ⅰ期愈合。患者均獲隨訪，隨訪時間 8～13 個月，平均 10 個月。皮瓣外形良好、質地柔軟，未出現瘢痕攣縮畸形等。患者行走正常，供區髖、膝關節功能未見異常。結論股淺動脈低位穿支粗大且解剖位置恒定，以其為血管蒂切取穿支皮瓣手術操作簡便，是修復四肢皮膚軟組織缺損較理想方法之一。
