目的初步探討三尖瓣人工腱索移植術治療三尖瓣脫垂伴重度關閉不全的安全性和可靠性，并總結其應用經驗。方法回顧性分析 2006 年 10 月至 2019 年 8 月在上海交通大學醫學院附屬新華醫院行三尖瓣人工腱索移植 15 例患者的臨床資料，其中男 9 例、女 6 例，年齡 7～57 歲。分析手術臨床效果。結果全組患者體外循環時間（86.5±35.9）min，主動脈阻斷時間（56.5±21.5）min。無圍術期死亡病例，術后 1 例患者出現并發癥（竇性心動過緩、陣發性房室傳導阻滯）。隨訪時間 5 個月至 10 年，隨訪期間無死亡患者，有 2 例（13.3%）患者出現輕度三尖瓣關閉不全，其余患者三尖瓣功能良好。結論人工腱索移植可以作為三尖瓣成形的有效治療手段，該方法可有效糾正由于腱索斷裂、冗長、缺如等原因導致的三尖瓣脫垂，并取得良好療效。
