目的探討袋形縫合術聯合中藥外敷治療骶尾部藏毛竇的臨床療效。方法應用袋形縫合術聯合中藥外敷治療骶尾部藏毛竇13例。結果 13例患者全部治愈，隨訪1年，未見明顯復發及并發癥。結論袋形縫合術聯合中藥外敷治療骶尾部藏毛竇手術操作簡單，治療徹底，縮小了手術創面，愈合時間相對縮短，復發少，患者痛苦少，長期效果優良，治療骶尾部藏毛竇安全、有效，值得臨床推廣應用。
