目的總結乳腺包裹性乳頭狀癌（encapsulated papillary carcinoma，EPC）的臨床病理學特征、診斷、鑒別診斷以及治療方法，從而加深對 EPC 疾病的認識以及規范診治。方法回顧性分析遵義醫科大學附屬醫院 2012 年 1 月至 2018 年 11 月期間收治且經術后石蠟標本病理學檢查明確診斷為 EPC 患者的臨床資料，并結合相關文獻總結其臨床病理學特征以及治療方法。結果共收集到 3 例患者，均為女性，年齡分別為 36 歲、50 歲、70 歲。其中 2 例以“發現乳腺腫塊”就診，腫塊均為單發，邊界清楚；另 1 例以“乳房脹痛伴乳頭溢血溢液 2⁺ 年”入院。2 例患者的免疫表型為 Luminal 型，1 例免疫表型為三陰性型。 2 例 Luminal 型患者以手術治療為主，而三陰性型以手術治療及術后化療為主。3 例患者目前在隨訪中、無復發及轉移。結論乳腺 EPC 是厚的纖維囊壁包裹且囊壁肌上皮缺乏特殊亞型的浸潤性癌，預后較好。其中 Luminal 型 EPC 的治療原則同導管原位癌（ductal carcinoma in situ，DCIS），而三陰性型 EPC 的治療參照傳統型浸潤性乳腺癌。
