目的探討括約肌修補會陰體重建治療重度陳舊性會陰裂傷后肛門失禁的臨床療效。方法回顧性分析 13 例產后重度陳舊性會陰裂傷后肛門失禁患者采用括約肌修補會陰體重建手術方式治療的臨床資料。結果 13 例患者術后隨訪 6～30 個月，肛門失禁均治愈；肛門功能恢復且肛門形態滿意者有 11 例。13 例患者術后 3、6 個月時的 Wexner 評分（2.31±0.75、0.77±0.44）均分別明顯低于術前（13.08±3.20），差異有統計學意義（t=12.807，P<0.01；t=15.314，P<0.01），術后 6 個月時的 Wexner 評分較術后 3 個月時更低（t=6.325，P<0.01）。結論本組有限的數據表明，括約肌修補會陰體重建可以明顯改善重度陳舊性會陰裂傷后肛門失禁患者的臨床癥狀、提高生活質量，近期療效肯定，但術后肛門形態療效欠滿意，術中規范操作、縫合張力、術后管理等問題還有待進一步探討。
