目的探討新型冠狀病毒性肺炎（簡稱新冠肺炎）疫情時期器官捐獻移植工作的調整策略，總結經驗。方法解讀新冠肺炎疫情期間器官移植工作指南和第一版專家共識后，四川大學華西醫院器官移植中心制定了器官移植調整方法。結果于 2020 年 1 月 24 日至 2020 年 2 月 6 日進行公民逝世后器官捐獻 4 例，均為男性，平均年齡 39.5 歲。捐獻后共行器官移植手術 8 例，其中肝臟移植 4 例，腎臟移植 4 例。移植受體平均年齡 48 歲，男 6 例，女2 例。8 例移植手術順利，7 例患者無輸血。手術后患者恢復順利，無外科并發癥發生，無感染相關并發癥發生。結論新冠肺炎疫情期間，通過調整方法和流程，可以安全開展器官移植工作和實現疫情防控。
