目的探討腹腔游離體（PLB）的診斷和治療方法。方法回顧性分析 2018 年 5 月至 2019 年 9 月期間陸軍第八十一集團軍醫院收治的 4 例 PLB 患者的臨床病理資料。結果病例 1 因腹部隱痛不適 4 周入院，CT 檢查發現盆腔一大小為 8.2 cm×9.1 cm×9.5 cm 軟組織腫塊，密度不均，內可見鈣化影，邊緣光滑，采取開腹手術明確診斷；病例 2 和 4 分別因右側腹股溝疝、乙狀結腸癌和膽囊結石在術中意外發現普通型 PLB，順便取出，術后大體觀和病理檢查均證實為 PLB；病例 3 因車禍致胸腹部外傷，行 CT 檢查意外發現巨大型 PLB，腹部尚無特殊不適未行手術，仍在隨訪中。結論對于體檢偶然發現的普通型 PLB 且無任何癥狀者可隨訪觀察，若術中意外發現的 PLB 無論大小均應順便取出以免后患，巨大型 PLB 無論有無癥狀均建議手術取出。
