了解如何查找和使用研究證據可以幫助政策制定者及其決策支持者們更優質高效地工作。本系列的每篇文章各推薦一種方法，政策制定者及其決策支持者們可采用這些方法查找和使用證據進行知證衛生決策。本系列文章涉及四個寬泛領域：① 支持知證決策；② 確定政策制定三個階段的證據需求，這三個階段包括：明確問題、擬訂方案和制訂實施計劃；③ 尋找并評價這三階段所需證據，包括系統評價和其它類型證據；④ 根據研究證據進行決策。每篇文章都由1 ～ 3 個與主題相關的案例情景引出，用于幫助讀者在使用SUPPORT 工具時判斷自己所屬的情況。本系列絕大部分文章都以結構化提出系列問題的方式，引導讀者了解推薦工具，并展示如何采取措施更優質高效地支持知證決策。這些措施包括：利用研究證據明確問題；評價針對該問題所選系統評價中結果的適用性；組織和開展政策對話以支持知證決策；制定政策監測和評估計劃。部分文章所提出的問題對如何支持知證決策提供了更通用的指導，每篇文章后面還附有其他相關信息資源。評估支持知證衛生決策方法是一個正在發展的領域，歡迎讀者對怎樣改進本系列文章提供反饋信息。
