健康干預效果系統評價的可靠性參差不齊。因此，政策制定者及支持者需評價此類證據的可信度。采用系統透明的評價過程可避免判斷時出現誤差和偏倚。在確定干預效果系統評價結果的可信度時，本文建議考慮以下五個問題：① 這篇評價是否明確提出了一個恰當的決策或管理問題？② 是否使用了恰當的標準去評價系統評價中的研究？③ 對相關研究的檢索是否詳盡且較全面？④ 對納入研究與評價主題相關性及其偏倚風險所展開的評估是否具有可重復性？⑤ 不同研究之間的結果是否相似？
