對放射檢查中患者安全文化管理的思考_《中國循證醫學雜志》

隨著醫學影像學的發展，放射檢查已成為診斷疾病的主要手段之一。然而放射檢查帶來的安全隱患與危害性尚未引起社會與醫院的足夠重視。本文通過以下8個方面對建設放射安全文化管理進行了闡述：① 提高對安全文化和患者安全文化的認識；② 健全完善放射安全管理體系制度；③ 重視執行放射診療相關法規；④ 嚴格掌握放射影像檢查適應證，特別是禁忌癥；⑤ 加強與臨床合作交流；⑥ 提高科室員工排查安全隱患、識別高危險群患者的能力；⑦ 加強放射科護理安全行為管理；⑧ 加強放射科生物安全管理。其目的在于降低放射檢查風險，保證病人和醫護人員安全。
