目的　系統評價黃芪（Astragaulus membranaceus）輔助治療肺結核的療效。
方法　應用Cochrane協作網系統評價的方法，計算機檢索Cochrane Library（2010年第3期）、CNKI（1991～2010.5）、VIP（1989～2010.5）、EMbase（1981～2010.5）以及PubMed（1981～2010.5）中黃芪輔助治療肺結核的隨機和半隨機對照試驗。由兩位研究者對符合納入標準的試驗進行獨立篩選、資料提取和質量評價，并交叉核對，而后采用RevMan 5.0軟件進行Meta分析。
結果　最終納入12個隨機對照試驗，共1 054例肺結核患者，試驗地點均在中國大陸。Meta分析結果顯示：① 黃芪可有效輔助常規抗結核藥物治療肺結核，促進患者痰菌陰轉，肺部病變吸收以及肺部空洞的吸收；② 黃芪可有效降低常規抗結核藥物的不良反應；③ 黃芪與常規抗結核藥物聯用，可使患者的癥狀和體征顯著改善；④ 隨訪發現黃芪+常規藥物治療可使肺結核患者的細菌學復發率有顯著下降。
結論　現有證據表明，黃芪治療肺結核有一定的療效且相對安全。但由于本系統評價納入研究的樣本量較小且方法學質量低下，現有證據尚不足以推薦臨床常規應用黃芪輔助治療肺結核。對上述結果，尚需開展更多高質量的多中心、大樣本、且隨訪時間足夠的隨機雙盲對照試驗加以驗證。
