GRADE（Grades of Recommendation, Assessment, Development，and Evaluation）方法為衛生保健中的證據質量評價與推薦強度評級提供指導。對那些為系統評價、衛生技術評估及臨床實踐指南總結證據的人而言，GRADE具有重要意義。GRADE提供了一個系統而透明的框架用以明確問題，確定所關注的結局，總結針對某問題的證據，以及從證據到形成推薦或作出決策。GRADE方法的廣泛傳播與應用，獲全球50余個組織認可，這些組織大多有很強的影響力（http://www.gradeworkinggroup.org/），足以證明該工作的重要性。本文介紹臨床流行病學雜志將刊出的20篇系列文章，為如何使用GRADE方法提供指導。
