難治性癲癇合并語言障礙的生酮飲食治療_Journal of Epilepsy

生酮飲食(Ketogenic diet, KD)療法有近100多年的歷史, 是一種高脂肪, 低碳水化合物, 合適的蛋白及營養素的配方飲食療法, 目前被廣泛運用到難治性癲癇的治療當中, 取得了一定的療效。越來越多的研究證據表明KD對難治性癲癇患者的認知功能的改善有一定的促進作用; 甚至有些病例癲癇發作控制不理想, 患者的語言功能和(或)運動功能也能得到一定的改善。KD治療難治性癲癇的機制尚未完全明確, 但其療效已被大量的研究證實; 對于癲癇所致語言障礙方面的生酮飲食治療方面文獻較少, 目前尚缺乏共識性的診斷和療效判斷標準。現就難治性癲癇合并語言障礙的定義及評價標準、癲癇和語言障礙的關系, 以及近年來KD對癲癇伴發語言障礙的治療作用進展作一綜述。
