目的:比較復方利多卡因和鹽酸利多卡因的麻醉效果。方法:將 200 例口腔局麻的患者隨機分為試驗組和對照組,試驗組應用復方利多卡因,對照組應用鹽酸利多卡因。結果: 復方利多卡因的麻醉效果及時間明顯優于鹽酸利多卡因,兩者結果在統計學上有顯著性差異(P lt;0 01)。結論: 復方利多卡因具有顯效時間快、作用時間長、止痛效果好的特點,特別是口腔科術后長效鎮痛效果明顯,值得推廣應用。
