目的:探討股骨近端解剖型鋼板治療股骨粗隆間骨折的臨床療效。方法:自2005年1月至2009年1月,采用切開復位,股骨近端解剖型鋼板治療股骨粗隆間骨折46 例。結果: 術后隨訪6個月～3年,平均18個月,所有病例均在術后3～55個月獲得骨性愈合,髖關節功能根據Harris評分標準進行評定,優32 例,良4 例。結論: 股骨近端解剖型鋼板適用于治療大多數類型的股骨粗隆間骨折,能達到良好的骨折復位和堅強的固定,促進關節早期功能鍛煉,骨折愈合率高,是治療股骨粗隆間骨折的理想選擇。
