目的:觀察高齡不穩定型粗隆間骨折人工關節置換術的治療效果。方法:2005年1月至2008年1月收治高齡不穩定型股骨粗隆間骨折患者56例,行人工關節置換術治療,按照Harris標準評分分析效果。結果:56例患者均順利完成手術,平均手術時間62 min,平均住院17天。隨訪1～3年,術后14月因突發腦出血死亡1例,其余患者功能恢復良好。按照Harris標準評分優良率為91%。結論:高齡股骨粗隆間骨折采用人工關節置換術治療安全有效。
