目的:通過CR系統在床邊攝片中的多年應用總結，探討其與傳統X線床邊攝片相比較的優越性和實用性。方法:對所有床邊檢查患者均采用CR攝片，并及時處理，將影像傳入PACS系統。結果:采用CR與PACS進行床邊攝影，具有明顯的優越性。結論:有條件的醫院應將其作為床邊常規檢查技術使用。
