目的:評價綜合康復措施對預防地震髖部骨折傷員深靜脈血栓形成的作用。方法：按深靜脈血栓形成的高危因素對195例地震髖部骨折傷員進行分級評估,并針對性實施綜合康復措施,觀察深靜脈血栓的癥狀和體征,了解深靜脈血栓的發生情況。結果：地震髖部骨折傷員應用綜合康復措施后,尚未發現下肢深靜脈血栓形成的病例。結論：綜合康復措施能有效地預防地震髖部骨折傷員深靜脈血栓的形成。
