目的：比較胃潰瘍與潰瘍型胃癌的發病特點。方法：對69例胃潰瘍與32例胃癌進行回顧性分析，比較二者好發年齡、胃鏡下變病部位和大小的差異。結果：63.7%胃潰瘍多發生于50歲以下患者，81.3%胃癌發生于50歲以上患者（Ｐ＜0.01）。賁門部的胃癌是胃潰瘍的5倍（Ｐ＜0.01）；胃角部的胃潰瘍是胃癌的9倍（Ｐ＜0.01）；潰瘍型胃癌與胃潰瘍都易發生在胃竇，且檢出率相似。82.6%胃潰瘍直徑＜3 cm，78.1%胃癌直徑≥3 cm（Ｐ＜0.01）。結論：胃潰瘍與潰瘍型胃癌的好發年齡、生長部位和大小幾乎各不相同，這些發病特點對潰瘍型胃癌的早期診斷有一定指導意義。
