迄今,外科手術仍為胃癌的首選治療手段,隨著對既往外科治療經驗教訓的不斷分析與總結,同時,對腫瘤基礎研究的深入以及其他綜合治療方法的進步,胃癌外科治療已從原來單純依賴解剖學為手術基礎而逐漸發展為以腫瘤生物學行為為基本依據的新理念,使得胃癌的外科手術更趨合理,更符合“個體化”的要求。現謹就目前胃癌外科治療中常遇見的有關問題進行探討。
