目的探討CD44v6與胃癌淋巴結轉移及預后的關系。
方法采用免疫組化二步法對100例進展期胃癌標本進行標記，分析CD44v6與臨床病理及預后的關系。
結果胃癌原發灶CD44v6表達陽性率為64%（64/100）； CD44v6的表達隨胃癌浸潤深度、周圍淋巴結轉移而升高。
結論 CD44v6在胃癌淋巴結轉移中起著重要作用，可用于早期預測胃癌的轉移潛能和預后。
