抑癌基因p16、Rb在甲狀腺癌組織中的表達_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的探討p16、Rb蛋白在甲狀腺癌發生、發展中的作用及其相互關系。方法采用免疫組織化學SP法對46例甲狀腺癌中p16、Rb蛋白表達情況進行檢測。結果在甲狀腺癌中，p16蛋白的表達隨腫瘤的惡性程度增高而降低，與淋巴結轉移、臨床分期及預后指數呈負相關。Rb蛋白在各型甲狀腺癌中均呈陽性表達，p16、Rb表達無相關性。結論 p16基因的異常表達在甲狀腺癌的發生、發展中有一定作用，而Rb基因可能無作用。
