目的 比較預防性使用單劑頭孢曲松和四劑頭孢曲松對肺手術后感染的效果，論證單劑頭孢曲松預防方案的臨床價值。方法 223例肺手術患者隨機分成單劑頭孢曲松組(單劑組，n=110）和四劑頭孢曲松組（四劑組，n=113）進行臨床對照研究。結果 單劑組的術后感染率（2%）明顯低于四劑組（8%），差別具有顯著性意義（P lt;0.05），而兩組的平均住院時間和平均術后住院時間差別均無顯著性意義(P＞0.05)。結論 單劑頭孢曲松是一種較理想的肺手術預防性抗生素方案。
